Learn to Bake Challah! This traditional Jewish bread is prized for its slightly sweet taste and
beautiful braided appearance. Our one-day baking session accommodates 1–3 participants
and includes all the ingredients. Spend approximately 1.5 hours learning how to prepare and
knead the dough followed by a 2-hour break while the dough rises. Then we’ll work another
hour to form the bread which you will take home for the final rise and baking. Make 4 loaves,
rolls, or both. Lots of fun with a delicious outcome!
